All of Amundi's open-ended funds(1) include an analysis of the environmental and social impact of the companies in which they invest. This was one of the objectives set as part of Amundi's ambitious plan to integrate ESG criteria across the board.

Our ECO financing range

We want to encourage customers who are concerned about protecting the environment and who want a home that reflects their values. That's why we support them in the acquisition, construction or renovation of their property or the transfer of their mortgage on advantageous terms.

When a property meets our eco-efficient and sustainable criteria, we offer a 0.20% reduction on all our fixed rates. What's more, you can reserve your rate for up to 12 months.
