Insurance while travelling
Receive compensation for death or disability following an accident with a method of transportation covered.
Reserved travel and accommodation expenses are covered when your trip is cancelled or postponed.
This insurance also provides protection for any activities that have been reserved and not used.
You are reimbursed for the following expenses:
- Travel not used
- Accommodation not used
- Activities not used
- Extra expenses for the return trip
Expenses are covered for the return travel arrangements (including for a travel companion), return tickets or repatriation. Medical assistance also covers the costs of transfer to a hospital, as well as search, rescue and recovery costs.
Essential clothing and personal care items are reimbursed for the first 24 hours of waiting for your baggage (after a delay of at least 4 hours).
Your baggage and its contents are covered in the event of theft, loss, damage, destruction or robbery.
If you want to rent a vehicle during your trip, this insurance covers the excess that you have to pay if the vehicle is damaged during the period of hire.
Insurance when shopping
Have you recently purchased an item and then found it at a lower price elsewhere?
Price protection insurance refunds you for the difference between the purchase price paid and the best deal found for an identical item (within 14 days from date of purchase).
Has the warranty on your smartphone or tablet expired? Extended warranty insurance takes over to cover repair services that were initially included, for an additional 12 or 24 months.

You may also wish to report the card as lost to the police in case you need to dispute any possible fraudulent transactions. It is important to monitor your account for any activity in the days following the loss.

You will need to report the theft of the card to the police and submit the theft report to your branch of Crédit Agricole next bank to be able to dispute any possible fraudulent transactions. It is important to monitor your account for any activity in the days following the theft.
