You set the two six-digit PINs to access the two applications. They can be identical to keep things easy for you or different for more security.
Either way, please memorise them to avoid blocking your account.

What you need to know about the CA next bank e-banking ecosystem

CA next bank app
It’s identical to the e-banking service. You must pair the app with your e-banking account to use it.
Online banking
This is the central system. It covers all functions and settings. Two-factor authentication is required to access your e-banking account.
HID Approve app
You need this app to log in to your e-banking account because it is the second authentication factor
You only need the HID Approve app to log in to your e-banking account. Once you’ve paired your CA next bank mobile app with your e-banking account, you no longer need HID Approve to use the CA next bank mobile app.
However, you need HID Approve to log in to your e-banking account.
