  • Change your daily and/or monthly upper limit
  • Temporarily block your card if it is lost or stolen
  • Enable geo-blocking
  • Enable/disable the contactless function
  • Check all your completed transactions

How to manage your Maestro cards

Change your daily and/or monthly limit

  1. Click on the “Cards” tab in the top menu
  2. Select the account (if you have more than one)
  3. Then click on one of the buttons highlighted in orange to change the limit (click on the image to enlarge)
  4. Select the new amount you want to set

The update may take 1 to 2 minutes

Enable/disable geo-blocking

  1. Click on “Cards” in the top menu
  2. Click on the “Change geo-blocking” link below the card image
  3. Enable or disable your Maestro card based on geographical location

Is the country in green? That means the card can be used in that country.

Change your daily and/or monthly limit

  1. Click on “Cards” in the bottom menu
  2. Then click on “Change my limits” (highlighted in orange in the preview)
  3. Select the amounts you want

Enable/disable geo-blocking

  1. Click on “Cards” in the bottom menu
  2. Click on “Manage geo-blocking”
  3. Move the cursor to enable or disable a location

Is the location in green? That means the card can be used in that country.
