Simulate your mortgage takeover

With this simulator, and in just a few clicks, you can determine your financial capacity as well as the monthly financial charges for the mortgage takeover of your property.

To run a mortgage takeover* simulation for your property, enter:

  • The value of your property
  • The amount of your loan to be transferred
  • Your gross annual income.

* The calculation includes, by default:

  • a non-amortising portion equal to two-thirds of the value of the property as estimated by the bank and
  • an amortisable portion to be reimbursed within maximum 15 years, and before the buyer reaches 65 years of age.
