Rules for the competition “Repatriate your salary in EUR and win in CHF”
ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISING COMPANY
Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA, Esplanade de Pont-Rouge 4-6, 1212 Grand-Lancy (hereafter the “Organiser”) is organising a Competition entitled “Repatriate your salary in EUR and win in CHF” (hereafter the “Competition”).
The Organiser may use third-party services to run the Competition.
ARTICLE 2 – PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
The Competition is open to all natural persons of legal age from 23 May 2024 to 31 July 2024. The Contest is free and with no obligation to purchase. It does not constitute an offer to conclude services or benefits with the Organiser.
The following persons are not eligible:
- Persons domiciled in another country other than Switzerland, France, or Germany.
- Persons wo have worked, directly or indirectly, in the organisation or in the running of the Competition;
- Employees of the Organiser;
- Members of the respective families of the above-mentioned persons.
ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTIPATION AND COMPETITION RULES
The persons selected by the Organiser will receive an email inviting them to participate in the Contest. Anyone who makes at least one transfer per month of over CHF 1,500 between 23 May and 31 July 2024 inclusive from their Crédit Agricole next bank private account to a Eurozone account will automatically be entered in the prize draw.
ARTICLE 4 – PERSONAL DATA
The personal data processed by the organising company in its capacity as Data Controller is used to organise and manage the Contest.
You may, at any time and under the conditions laid down by law, access the data concerning you, have it rectified, request its deletion, or limit its processing by writing to the Data Protection Offer at the following email address: dpo@ca-nextbank.ch.
ARTICLE 5 – SELECTION OF THE WINNER
A total of 1 participant (hereinafter the “Winner”) will be drawn at random.
The prize draw will take place in August 2024.
All rights of appeal are excluded.
ARTICLE 6 – PRIZE
The Winner will receive CHF 500 transferred directly into their Crédit Agricole next bank personal account
The prize cannot be exchanged.
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY OF PRIZES AND IMAGE RIGHTS
The Organiser will personally notify the Winner of the Competition by telephone and/or email. No other correspondence will be exchanged. Participants authorise all necessary checks on their identity and domicile. Any false details as to identity or address will result in elimination from participation in the Contest.
ARTICLE 8 – MODIFICATIONS; RESERVATIONS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Organiser may not be held liable if, for a reason beyond its control or in the event of justified necessity, it is forced to cancel the Contest, to shorten or extend it, or to modify the conditions thereof.
Any interruption of the Contest, as well as any substantial modification to these rules, will be published on the Organiser’s website only.
The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize, in whole or in part, with another of equivalent value.
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude, disqualify, or cancel the entry or prize of any person who fails to comply, in whole or in part, with these rules, or who jeopardises the smooth running of the Contest without any obligation to justify its decision.
ARTICLE 9 – APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The Contest is governed exclusively by Swiss Law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the Organiser’s registered office.
The place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
