A new system to simplify your daily banking
To make things easier and faster for you, secure access to your accounts will now happen directly through the e-banking CA next bank mobile app.
Real-time notifications will allow you to authenticate quickly when logging in or making online payments.
Additionally, biometric authentication will further enhance the security of your transactions, ensuring that only you can access your accounts.
Next steps
As soon as the update becomes available, you’ll receive an email inviting you to install the new version of the app.
- If you already use the e-banking app on your phone, simply update it and follow the on-screen instructions.
- If you usually access e-banking from a computer or tablet, you’ll be asked to activate the new system during your next login. Just follow the step-by-step instructions provided.
You’ll have until mid-December 2025 to complete the update. After this deadline, the SecureAccess app will no longer be available. This means that if you haven’t updated the e-banking CA next bank app, you won’t be able to access your e-banking services.

To enjoy a secure and seamless experience, we recommend the following:
- Make sure your app is up to date and that your device is compatible with the new version: iOS 15.0 or later, Android 9 or later.
- Check that your personal details (email address, postal address) are current in your e-banking profile so you don’t miss any important communications.
- Always log in from a trusted device and never share your login details.
