Extended warranty

Your credit card extends the warranty on your purchases beyond the manufacturer’s warranty, at no extra cost.

Example: An electronic device or appliance (smartphone, dishwasher, TV, etc.) breaks down after the manufacturer's warranty has expired. The warranty period is automatically extended at no extra cost, provided the item is worth at least CHF 100.

This insurance applies in Switzerland and neighbouring countries.

Make a note of the card-blocking numbers

Your purchases are protected against theft, loss and damage for up to 30 days after purchase.

Example: Your bicycle is stolen two weeks after purchase. You are reimbursed.

This insurance is valid worldwide, for both in-store and online purchases.

Event ticket insurance

Did you buy concert, show or event tickets with your card? You are reimbursed if you are unable to attend.

Example: You fall ill on the day of the concert. Your tickets are refunded.

This insurance applies worldwide.
