The client or prospective client releases the Bank from any liability, except in the case of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, concerning any loss or damages that may be incurred as a result of such exchanges. Furthermore, the exchange of data may also be carried out across borders, even if the sender and the recipient are in the same country. Banking secrecy is therefore not guaranteed, and CAnb assumes no liability for any damages that may arise.
