Crédit Agricole next bank renews Fair-ON-Pay certification

A strengthened commitment to pay equity

Crédit Agricole next bank is proud to have once again been awarded the Fair-ON-Pay label, which independently certifies equal pay for women and men within the company.

This certification is based on a rigorous analysis using a methodology recognized as Good Practice by the Equal Pay International Coalition (EPIC). It confirms that compensation is fair and free from discrimination for equal roles and qualifications.

Valid for two years, from 2025 to 2027, this certification reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a fair, inclusive, and transparent work environment.

1% of Our Profits to Support 8 Community Projects

Crédit Agricole next bank continues its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), launched in 2022.

True to its values, and for the third year in a row, the Bank is once again dedicating 1% of its 2024 profits—CHF 120,000—to supporting 8 community initiatives.

This initiative is part of a long-term, purpose-driven vision, with three key priorities:

  • Protecting and restoring the environment
  • Supporting people facing hardship or vulnerability
  • Strengthening ties between Switzerland and Europe
