More accessible, user-friendly and flexible, we are deploying an innovative model of access to our services, multiplying the possible ways for you to get in touch with your bank.

Your in-branch advisors

With our nine branches across French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, we have a carefully nurtured local presence. There are many opportunities to develop the human side of a banking relationship: at your local branch you can contact your advisor directly, and gain access to a broader range of expertise, services and advice.

Your telephone advisors

And if you are too busy to make it to a branch, our telephone advisors are available, for longer hours than our in-branch advisors: from 8.30 am to 7 pm, to answer in your own language your questions on anything from practicalities to something more urgent.

Your travelling advisors

If you work in the Swiss Jura and your schedule makes it difficult for you to come to meet us in a branch, stay where you are! You can make an appointment with our fleet of travelling advisors and have them come to you at Vallorbe, Les Verrières, Le Locle or Boncourt, to offer you all the services and benefits you could receive at a neighbourhood bank.

You can also, at any time, through our banking applications and mobile app, manage your payments and transactions online, and keep an eye on your account balance.
