Conditions of the “25 ans CA next bank TWINT” promotion

1. Organiser

Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA, located at Esplanade de Pont-Rouge 4-6, 1212 Grand-Lancy (hereinafter the “Organiser”) is organising a competition entitled “25 ans CA next bank TWINT” (hereinafter the “Competition”).

2. Conditions for participation

1. Activate the “25 ans CA next bank TWINT” challenge via your CA next bank TWINT app.
2. Be domiciled in Switzerland.
3. Not be one of the following:
   • Clients affected by a debt collection or prosecution procedure by CA next bank.
   • persons who have collaborated, directly or indirectly, in the organisation or running of the Competition.
   • employees of Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA.
   • family members of the above-mentioned persons.

3. Terms of participation and rules of the Competition

To participate in the prize draw, each CA next bank TWINT user must collect the ten stamps required to complete the challenge. One stamp will be earned for each payment at a Point of Sale made with CA next bank TWINT between 1 and 28 February 2026.

Only one participation in the challenge is possible, that is to say multiple entries are excluded, and each participant can only win once.

4. Prize draw

The prize draw will be conducted randomly. The winners will be drawn after 28 February 2026 (end of the challenge) and notified directly in their TWINT app. The cash prizes will be paid out in the TWINT app and credited to your CA next bank account.

No appeals are permitted.

5. Prizes

The competition offers: 25 x CHF 25 to be won.

6. Liability

Any taxes, duties or fees arising from the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Any benefits beyond the scope of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Cash payment and transfer of winnings are not possible. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. The resale or auction of all or part of the winnings is prohibited. The organiser reserves the right to retain the winnings or part of the winnings in the event of a violation of the rules.

8. Applicable law

The competition is subject to Swiss law.
