TERMS OF THE “MAR2026” OFFER

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

These specific terms and conditions define the terms of the “MAR2026” offer proposed by Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA, hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”.

ARTICLE 2 - DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER

The “MAR2026” offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) allows the first 100 people who open a banking relationship with the Bank during the Offer Period to receive a CHF 50 digital voucher valid at the Sprüngli confectionery shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Gift Voucher”), subject to the conditions below.

ARTICLE 3 - VALIDITY PERIOD

The Offer is valid from 2 March 2026 to 31 March 2026 inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer Period”), or until 100 eligible banking relationships are opened, whichever comes first.

ARTICLE 4 - ELIGIBILITY

To benefit from the “MAR2026” offer, the client must cumulatively meet the following conditions:

  • be of legal age at the time of subscribing to the Offer and have full legal capacity;
  • open a banking relationship with Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA for the first time;
  • do so during the Offer Period;
  • mention the promotional code “MAR2026” when applying to open an account;
  • subscribe to one of the following paid packages: CA Start, CA Extra or CA First.

Only the first 100 people to cumulatively meet the above conditions will receive a Gift Voucher. The 100 recipients will be determined according to the chronological order of the actual opening of the banking relationship, i.e. the technical activation of the relationship by the Bank. Individuals who meet the eligibility requirements but are not among the first 100 in this chronological order will not be eligible for the Gift Voucher.

No legal entity is eligible for this Offer.

Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA reserves the right to accept or refuse to enter into a banking relationship with a client at its sole discretion.

To benefit from the Offer, the banking relationship must be effectively opened during the Offer Period. Applications initiated during the Offer Period but whose actual opening occurs after this period are not eligible for the Offer.

ARTICLE 5 – GIFT VOUCHER DELIVERY PROCEDURES

The Gift Voucher will be sent by email within 60 business days of the effective opening of the banking relationship.

Only Gift Voucher recipients will be contacted by the Bank. Individuals who have not been contacted within the specified timeframe are not among the 100 recipients. The Bank will not disclose any information regarding the ranking of participants or the method for determining recipients beyond what is stipulated in these terms and conditions.

The Gift Voucher is valid for the period indicated on the Sprüngli voucher at the time of its issuance. The Gift Voucher is for personal use only. Furthermore, the Gift Voucher is subject to Sprüngli's general terms and conditions of use. The Bank cannot be held liable for the use of the Gift Voucher or for the products or services provided by Sprüngli.

ARTICLE 6 – LIMITATIONS

The “MAR2026” offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers from the Bank, unless expressly stated otherwise.

ARTICLE 7 – PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected in connection with this Offer is processed by Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA, the data controller, in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation.

The data is collected and processed for the purposes of managing and fulfilling the terms of the Offer. The processing is based on the performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party.

Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to manage the Offer and in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and transfer your data, as well as the right to restrict its processing. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data. ARTICLE 8 - LANGUAGE

In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation between the language versions, only the French text shall prevail.

ARTICLE 9 – FINAL PROVISIONS

These terms and conditions apply in addition to the Bank's General Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms and conditions relating to the products concerned.

The Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time, particularly in cases of force majeure or fraud, without incurring any liability.

Any modification will be communicated by the means the Bank deems appropriate.

ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA.
