General Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

Terms and conditions of the “JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs” promotion, which includes 4×2 experiences at a “JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs” hotel/restaurant. Transport and accommodation required to take part in the experience will also be covered.

1. Organiser

Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA, with its registered office at Esplanade de Pont-Rouge 4–6, 1212 Grand-Lancy (hereinafter the “Organiser”), is organising a prize draw entitled “JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs” (hereinafter the “Prize Draw”).

2. Conditions of participation

  1. Be in possession of a Crédit Agricole next bank Debit Mastercard as well as a CA Extra or CA First package, which is required in order to hold the debit card in question.
  2. Have consented to receiving commercial communications from Crédit Agricole next bank.
  3. Be resident in Switzerland.
  4. Not be one of the following persons:
    1. persons who have collaborated, directly or indirectly, in the organisation or running of the Prize Draw;
    2. employees of Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA;
    3. members of the respective families of the persons mentioned above.

3. Participation arrangements and rules of the Prize Draw

To participate in the Prize Draw, the participant must cumulatively:

  • register once for the Prize Draw between 27 August and 22 September 2026 using the link contained in the invitation email or in any reminder email – only one registration per person is permitted throughout the entire duration of the Prize Draw – and
  • make, between 00:00 on 27 August and 23:59 on 22 September 2026, at least three separate payments using their Debit Mastercard. The transaction date (“trade date”) recorded in Crédit Agricole next bank’s information system shall be authoritative for determining whether a payment was made during this period. Payments made before registration are also taken into account, provided they were made during the aforementioned period.

Only payments that have been definitively posted are taken into account. A payment whose transaction date (“trade date”) falls within the Prize Draw period may also be taken into account even if it is not definitively posted until after the end of that period. Declined, cancelled or refunded payments, cash withdrawals, bank transfers, money transfers and other cash-equivalent transactions do not constitute eligible payments.

Each participant who meets these conditions participates in the Prize Draw and therefore has one chance of winning. If at least one of the three eligible payments was made to a merchant located outside Switzerland or in a currency other than Swiss francs, the participant receives one additional chance of winning and therefore participates twice in the Prize Draw. Multiple payments meeting this condition do not entitle the participant to any additional chance of winning beyond these two entries in the Prize Draw. Currency conversion charges or other fees may apply in accordance with the Debit Mastercard terms and conditions.

There is no obligation to participate in the Prize Draw.

4. Selection of the winner

The winner will be selected at random after 22 September 2026. The winner will be informed by email and/or telephone call by a member of Crédit Agricole next bank. To accept the prize, the winner must complete and sign the form provided to them and provide the contact details required to organise the prize. This information will be forwarded to the Mastercard promotions office, operated by K+R GmbH, which will then contact the winner in order to organise the stay, transport, and other services included in the prize. If the winner does not accept the prize within two days of notification of the win, their entitlement to the prize will lapse and the Organiser may conduct a new prize draw.

No legal recourse is permitted.

5. Prizes

Each of the four (4) persons selected in the Prize Draw will win, for themselves and a person of their choice accompanying them, the following prize:

  • one (1) stay of two (2) days and one (1) night for two (2) persons, in a double room, at a JRE establishment located in Switzerland and selected by the Organiser, for example the Moosegg establishment, including dinner for two (2) persons;
  • an experience organised for two (2) persons at the selected JRE establishment, for example a wine tasting in the presence of the establishment’s chef, and
  • first-class return train travel for two (2) persons between a Swiss railway station close to the winner’s place of residence and the selected JRE establishment.

The arrangements and date of the stay, as well as the JRE establishment, will be determined by the Organiser subject to availability. Personal expenses and all services not expressly mentioned above are not included in the prize.

6. Image rights

Content shared by the winners with the Organiser may be reused by the Organiser on its media channels to promote the partnership.

7. Liability

Any taxes, duties or charges arising from the prize are payable by the winner in question. Services exceeding the scope of the prize are payable by the winner.

Cash payment and transfer of prizes are not possible. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Prize Draw. The resale or auction of all or part of the prizes is prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to withhold the prizes or part of the prizes in the event of a breach.

For this “JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs” Prize Draw, the following data are collected and processed by Crédit Agricole next bank: first name, surname, email address, and mobile telephone number.

The personal data of the winner and the person accompanying them will be transferred to the Mastercard promotions office c/o K+R GmbH, Hauptstrasse 81–85, DE-65760 Eschborn, Germany, for the fulfilment of the prizes and, in the case of travel prizes, to the Eschborn travel agency, Hauptstrasse 70, DE-65760 Eschborn, Germany, for the fulfilment of the trip, and will be processed by them exclusively for the organisation and fulfilment of the prizes. Personal data are stored securely and retained only for the duration of the promotion or for the fulfilment of the prizes.

The prize is provided by Mastercard Europe SA, Chaussée de Tervuren 198A, BE-1410 Waterloo, Belgium (“Mastercard”), which is solely responsible for the organisation and fulfilment of the prize.

The liability of Mastercard or K+R GmbH for the organisation and redemption of the prize is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mastercard and K+R GmbH accept no responsibility for the running of the Prize Draw.

Crédit Agricole next bank SA reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten or cancel the offer at any time, without prior notice and without incurring any liability.

If the stay or experience is cancelled for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control, the Organiser may offer a replacement service of a comparable nature and value. If the winner or the person accompanying them is unable to benefit from the prize for reasons attributable to them, no replacement, reimbursement or cash payment may be claimed.

8. Governing law

The Prize Draw is governed by Swiss law.
