General Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

Terms and conditions of the “JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs” promotion, as part of which four (4) stays for two (2) persons at a JRE establishment located in Switzerland are being offered as prizes. Each prize also includes an experience at the selected establishment and first-class train travel from a railway station located in Switzerland, in accordance with the terms set out below.

1. Organiser

Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA, with its registered office at Esplanade de Pont-Rouge 4–6, 1212 Grand-Lancy (hereinafter the “Organiser”), is organising a prize draw entitled “JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs” (hereinafter the “Prize Draw”).

2. Conditions of participation

  1. Be the holder of a Mastercard debit card issued by Crédit Agricole next bank and of a CA Extra or CA First package required to hold this card.
  2. Have consented to receiving commercial communications from Crédit Agricole next bank.
  3. Be resident in France.
  4. Not be one of the following persons:
    1. persons who have collaborated, directly or indirectly, in the organisation or running of the Prize Draw;
    2. employees of Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA;
    3. members of the respective families of the persons mentioned above.

3. Participation arrangements and rules of the Prize Draw

To participate in the Prize Draw, the participant must register between 00:00 on 27 August 2026 and 23:59 on 22 September 2026 by clicking on the personal link contained in the invitation email or, where applicable, in a reminder email.

Only one registration per person is permitted. The registration link is personal and may not be forwarded to a third party. Any multiple registration or registration made using a link sent to another person may be cancelled. This Prize Draw is organised exclusively for persons resident in France and is subject to a separate draw from any prize draw organised for persons resident in another country. Only registrations validly made as part of this Prize Draw will participate in the draw governed by these terms and conditions.

Participation in the Prize Draw is optional and free of charge. It is not conditional upon any purchase, payment or other transaction made during the duration of the Prize Draw. Subject to meeting the conditions set out in Article 2, registration using the personal link is sufficient to participate in the Prize Draw.

Each person who validly registers will participate once in the Prize Draw and will have the same chance of winning as the other participants. No purchase, payment or other behaviour provides an additional chance of winning.

4. Selection of the winner

The four winners of this Prize Draw will be selected at random after 22 September 2026 from among all persons who have validly registered in accordance with these terms and conditions. To accept the prize, the winner must complete and sign the form provided to them and provide the contact details required to organise the prize. This information will be forwarded to the Mastercard promotions office, operated by K+R GmbH, which will then contact the winner in order to organise the stay, transport, and other services included in the prize.

No legal recourse is permitted.

5. Prizes

Each of the four (4) persons selected in the draw will win, for themselves and a person of their choice accompanying them, the following prize:

  • one (1) stay of two (2) days and one (1) night for two (2) persons, in a double room, at a JRE establishment located in Switzerland and selected by the Organiser, for example the Moosegg establishment, including dinner for two (2) persons;
  • an experience organised for two (2) persons at the selected JRE establishment, for example a wine tasting in the presence of the establishment’s chef, and
  • first-class return train travel for two (2) persons between a railway station located in Switzerland and the selected JRE establishment. The Swiss departure station will be selected by the Organiser, taking into account, as far as possible, the winner’s place of residence. Travel between the winner’s place of residence in France and the Swiss departure station, as well as any related costs, are not included in the prize.

The arrangements and date of the stay, as well as the JRE establishment, will be determined by the Organiser subject to availability. Personal expenses and all services not expressly mentioned above are not included in the prize.

6. Image rights

Content shared by the winners with the Organiser may be reused by the Organiser on its media channels to promote the partnership.

7. Liability

Subject to any tax or reporting obligations legally incumbent on the Organiser, any taxes, duties, contributions or charges personally payable by the winner as a result of the award or use of the prize shall remain the winner’s responsibility. The winner is responsible for fulfilling any personal tax obligations.

Cash payment and transfer of prizes are not possible. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Prize Draw. The resale or auction of all or part of the prizes is prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to withhold the prizes or part of the prizes in the event of a breach.

For this “JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs” Prize Draw, the following data are collected and processed by Crédit Agricole next bank: first name, surname, email address and mobile telephone number.

The personal data of the winner and the person accompanying them will be transferred to the Mastercard promotions office c/o K+R GmbH, Hauptstrasse 81–85, DE-65760 Eschborn, Germany, for the fulfilment of the prizes and, in the case of travel prizes, to the Eschborn travel agency, Hauptstrasse 70, DE-65760 Eschborn, Germany, for the fulfilment of the trip, and will be processed by them exclusively for the organisation and fulfilment of the prizes. Personal data are stored securely and retained only for the duration of the promotion or for the fulfilment of the prizes.

The prize is provided by Mastercard Europe SA, Chaussée de Tervuren 198A, BE-1410 Waterloo, Belgium (“Mastercard”), which is solely responsible for the organisation and fulfilment of the prize.

The liability of Mastercard or K+R GmbH for the organisation and redemption of the prize is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mastercard and K+R GmbH accept no responsibility for the running of the Prize Draw.

Crédit Agricole next bank SA reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten or cancel the offer at any time, without prior notice and without incurring any liability.

If the stay or experience is cancelled for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control, the Organiser may offer a replacement service of a comparable nature and value. If the winner or the person accompanying them is unable to benefit from the prize for reasons attributable to them, no replacement, reimbursement or cash payment may be claimed.

8. Governing law

The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law, subject to the mandatory provisions of French law applicable to persons resident in France, which cannot be derogated from by agreement.
