Terms and conditions of the “Payment Methods & Magic Pass” offer

1. Organiser

Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA, located at Esplanade de Pont-Rouge 4-6, 1212 Grand-Lancy (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”) is organising a competition called “Payment Methods & Magic Pass” (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”).

2. Conditions of participation

1. Click on the “Confirm my participation” button in the dedicated section of the offer in the email dated 11 June 2026, and/or activate the challenge from your CA next bank TWINT app for your participation to be considered.
2. Be a Swiss resident.
3. Not be one of the following:
   1. Clients involved in debt collection or legal proceedings by CA next bank;
   2. Persons who have been involved, directly or indirectly, in the organisation or running of the Competition;
   3. Employees of Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA;
   4. Family members of the above-mentioned persons.

3. Terms of participation and rules of the Competition 

To participate in the prize draw, there are two options, which can be combined.

1. Make 3 payments with your Crédit Agricole next bank debit card between 15 and 30 June 2026. The purchase date (trade date) will be used.
2. Collect the 3 required stamps from the In-app CA next bank TWINT challenge. One stamp will be awarded for each payment made at a retailer using CA next bank TWINT between 15 and 30 June 2026.

Each participant can only win once. Multiple entries into the draw are possible depending on the different options available.

4. Election of the winners

The draw will be conducted randomly. Winners will be drawn after 30 June 2026 (the end of the accounting period for transactions – the "trade date" is taken into account) and notified by their adviser. Only winners will be contacted.

Any right of appeal is excluded.

5. Prizes

The Competition offers: three 2026/2027 Magic Pass.

6. Liability

Any taxes, duties or fees arising from the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Any services beyond the scope of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Cash payment and transfer of prizes are not possible. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. Resale or auctioning of all or part of the prizes is prohibited. The organiser reserves the right to retain the prizes, or a portion thereof, in the event of a violation.

Crédit Agricole next bank SA reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten or cancel the offer at any time, without prior notice and without incurring any liability.

The prize cannot be exchanged. Winners have the right to decline their prize and should contact marketing@ca-nextbank.ch.

7. Applicable law

This Competition is governed by Swiss law.
