Terms and conditions of the “Win your 26-27 Magic Pass” competition, which includes six 2026/2027 Magic Passes.

1. Organiser

Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA, located at Esplanade de Pont-Rouge 4-6, 1212 Grand-Lancy (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”), is organising a competition called “Win your 26-27 Magic Pass” (hereinafter the “Competition”).

2. Conditions of participation

1. Be a client of Crédit Agricole next bank.
2. Have consented to receive marketing communications from Crédit Agricole next bank.
3. Be domiciled in Switzerland.
4. Not be one of the following persons:
   1. persons who have been involved, directly or indirectly, in the organisation or running of the Competition;
   2. employees of Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA;
   3. family members of the above-mentioned persons.

3. Terms of participation and competition rules

To participate in the prize draw, the participant must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Enter the Competition: enter the Competition (once only) before 15 November 2026, using the link provided in the invitation email – only one entry per person is permitted for the duration of the Competition – and
2. Meet the income deposit requirements: as of the end of November 2026, have at least two incoming transactions classified as salary, annuity, pension or unemployment benefits, or coded as “Salary” in Crédit Agricole next bank’s information system, within the preceding two months. There is no minimum salary amount required.

Every participant who meets these conditions is entered into the prize draw and therefore has a chance to win.

Participation in the Competition is not mandatory.

4. Prize draw

The 6 winners will be drawn randomly in early December 2026. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone by a representative of Crédit Agricole next bank. The Magic Pass will be sent to the winner by registered mail within a reasonable time following notification. If the winner does not accept the prize within two days of notification, their right to the prize is forfeited, and the Organiser may conduct a new draw.

The prize is not subject to any appeal.

5. Prize

Each of the six (6) people selected by a random draw will win a 2026/2027 Magic Pass.

Personal expenses and any services not expressly mentioned above are not included in the prize.

6. Image rights

Content shared by the winners with the Organiser may be used by the Organiser across its media channels to promote the partnership.

7. Liability

Any taxes, duties or fees arising from the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Furthermore, any costs exceeding the scope of the prize are to be borne by the winner.

Cash payment or transfer of the prize is not permitted. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. Resale or auctioning of all or part of the prize is prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to withhold the prize or part thereof in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions.

For the “Win your 26-27 Magic Pass” competition, the following data is collected and processed by Crédit Agricole next bank: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number and online banking ID.

Crédit Agricole next bank SA reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten or cancel the offer at any time, without prior notice and without incurring any liability.

In the event of the cancellation of the stay or experience for reasons beyond the Organiser's control, the Organiser may offer a replacement service of comparable nature and value. If the winner or their companion is unable to take advantage of the prize for reasons attributable to them, no replacement, refund or cash payment may be claimed.

8. Applicable law

The Competition is governed exclusively by Swiss law.
