Tutorial: Activating the CA next bank app on another device

This option can be useful if you change phones or if you want to validate your connections with another device that you use frequently, such as a work mobile phone or a tablet at home.

What do you need?

Your usual appliance

The smartphone or tablet you are currently using to connect.

Your new appliance

The smartphone or tablet you want to use to connect, in addition to or instead of your usual device.

From your usual device, go to the CA next bank e-banking application.

Click on "Login" then enter your PIN code (or validate the connection via biometrics) chosen when you first logged in.

Once in your e-banking app, click on the menu at the top of the screen, then on "Settings", then on "Settings" again.

Choose the "Device management" tab.

The page that appears lists the devices already registered for authentication.

Locate the "+" button and click on it. Then, in the box that appears, click "Yes".

Then confirm the operation by entering your PIN code (or using biometrics).

If you haven't already done so, download the CA next bank e-banking application onto your new device.

Once installed, open the CA next bank e-banking application from your new device.

Press the "Register" button, then scan the QR code displayed on your old device.

Then follow the prompts to finish configuring your new device.

Enter a name for your new registered device.

That's it! Your new device is now active. It now appears in the list of registered devices.
