Crédit Agricole next bank continues its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiative, launched in 2022. True to its commitment to social responsibility, and for the third consecutive year, the bank is once again dedicating 1% of its 2024 profits—equivalent to CHF 120,000—to funding 8 social projects.

A collaborative process that strengthens bonds

Because engagement comes from participation, all employees were invited to submit a project in September 2024. Following a presentation and deliberation phase, the CSR Steering Committee, in collaboration with the Compliance department, selected 8 projects from the 17 submissions.

Beyond financial support, this initiative reflects a strong commitment: involving our teams in concrete actions and sharing common values of solidarity and mutual aid. This program has also helped strengthen bonds among colleagues, creating a collective dynamic around causes that matter to us.

Supporting those who work for a better future

This initiative is part of a committed and sustainable vision, with three main pillars aimed at supporting those who take action and work towards:

  • Protecting and restoring the environment
  • Helping people in need and/or facing difficulties
  • Strengthening ties between Switzerland and Europe

The selection committee’s mission was to prioritize local organizations with a strong community presence, human-scale operations, and local impact in Switzerland and neighboring France. Eligible organizations must have their headquarters in Switzerland.

A meaningful and concrete commitment

Through this initiative, we turn our values into action and foster solidarity within our ecosystem. This program is more than just financial support—it builds connections, raises awareness, and mobilizes efforts around major social challenges.
