Crédit Agricole next bank supports its employees diagnosed with cancer

In line with its values of responsibility and solidarity, Crédit Agricole next bank has entered into a three-year partnership with the OTIUM Foundation in order to better support its employees who are (or have been) diagnosed with cancer.

As of 1 July 2022, all bank employees and their families will be able to benefit from practical, psychological and physical support at the OTIUM Centre, which since 2018 has been offering more than 40 therapies validated by a multidisciplinary committee in Geneva to complement medical treatment.

The OTIUM Centre's support is provided anonymously and includes:

  • Group courses offered by the Foundation (yoga, discussion groups, sophrology, art therapy, etc.)
  • Several individual counselling sessions for employees and their relatives
  • Extended working hours (9am to 8pm) to reconcile care and employment

Specialised training, awareness-raising and workshops for HR teams are also planned to better support employees affected by the disease.
