Are you moving within Switzerland?
As a Swiss resident, the procedure is very simple.
You can now update your address from your e-banking platform or app, under the "Settings" tab, then "Change of address".

Are you moving to the same country where you are already a resident (outside Switzerland)? In that case, you need to send the following document:

Send your advisor your new address via the secure mailbox in your e-banking platform or app.

*Documents accepted as proof of address :
- Energy supplier bill (electricity, gas, water) issued less than 12 months ago
- Annual payment plan that is less than 12 months old
- Commissioning contract or certificate of place of consumption from the energy supplier issued less than 3 months ago
- Telephone bill (landline, mobile, internet) issued less than 12 months ago
- Fixed telephone line opened less than 3 months ago
- Rental statement from a property management company issued less than 12 months ago
- Rental lease issued by a property management company if the date of entry to the property is within the last 3 months
- Rider to the rental lease drawn up by a property management company that is less than 3 months old
- Tax assessment notice (income, housing, property) that is less than 14 months old
- Correspondence issued by the tax authorities in the country of residence that is less than 12 months old
- Home insurance policy for your main residence that is less than 12 months old
- Certificate of insurance for your main residence that is less than 12 months old
- Notice of expiry for home insurance for your main residence that is less than 12 months old
