To update your beneficiaries:

  • Go to the "Payments" menu then "Standing Orders".

How to check your updates?

To guarantee security standards, our online banking app evolves automatically and becomes obsolete on older operating systems due to the discontinuation of maintenance by operators (iOS and Android). Today, the minimum versions required are iOS 15 and Android 9. By the end of the year, it will be updated to iOS 16 and Android 10. Be vigilant and update your smartphone accordingly.

On iOS:

  • Open your device settings.
  • Tap "General" then "Information".
  • Look for "iOS software version".

On Android:

  • Open your device settings.
  • Tap on "About phone" or "About tablet".
  • Tap on "Android version" or "Software information".
