Tutorial: Repatriate all or part of your salary in euros to your country of residence (from a mobile phone)

Thanks to its intelligent payment assistant, your e-banking platform automatically detects that you are attempting to make a SEPA payment in euros when you enter the IBAN of your account in your country of residence.

Before you start

Make sure you have the IBAN of the account to which you wish to repatriate part of your salary.

1.

From the Home screen, press "New payment".

OR

From the menu, press "Payments", then "New payment".

Enter the IBAN of your beneficiary account, then press "SEPA Payment".

Select the account to be debited in the field with the same name.

Press "Bank details" and enter the beneficiary's name and country.

Enter the amount you wish to receive in euros, followed by the reason for payment.

Then scroll down and press "Verify payment".

Check the data.

If everything is correct, press "Confirm payment".

If this is the first time you have made a payment to this IBAN: the SecureAccess CA next bank app opens.

Press "Confirm" in the top right-hand corner.

8.

In the e-banking app, finalise your payment by pressing "OK".

You have now repatriated your salary.

SEPA payment

For transfers to the Eurozone.

International payment (SWIFT)

For international transfers (outside the Euro-zone).

National payment

For transfers to another bank in Switzerland.

Account transfer

To make an account-to-account transfer.

QR-bill

This digital payment method replaces payment slips as of 1 October 2022.
