Start by logging in as usual from your computer.
From the www.ca-nextbank.ch homepage, cick on the "E-banking" button and enter your e-banking user ID and password that you set when you logged in for the first time.
Click on "Connect".
Before scanning the coloured mosaic on the screen, you must first click on "Enable another device?”
Then, launch the SecureAccess CA next bank app on your already set up device, and scan the coloured mosaic displayed on the screen.
On the new device you wish to set up (for example your tablet or business mobile phone): download the SecureAccess CA next bank app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Then, open the app, and proceed to the next step.
Depending on the information displayed on your screen, two options are available to you:
The coloured mosaic you received by post is still valid (less than 2 months old*): simply scan the mosaic provided in your "Coloured mosaic to scan" letter.
The coloured mosaic you received by post has expired (over 2 months old*): in this case, simply scan the coloured mosaic that automatically appears on your computer screen.
*For security reasons, the coloured mosaic you received by post is only valid for 2 months.
On the website, enter the 16-digit one-time code that appears on your new device.
Next, proceed as you did the first time you logged in: on your new device, choose a personal SecureAccess security code and save it.
Remember: your personal SecureAccess security code must contain at least 6 characters.
With your new device and the SecureAccess app open, scan the coloured mosaic displayed on your computer screen.
On the website, enter the 6-digit one-time code displayed on your mobile.
You can choose to give your mobile a name to easily differentiate it from the first one(s) you registered.
The SecureAccess CA next bank app is now active on your new device.
