Whistleblower protection system

Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA is stepping up its efforts to detect and prevent unethical, illegal and criminal practices. These efforts are based on dedicated governance and are reflected in the governing bodies’ commitment to a zero-tolerance policy.

To this end, a platform has been set up to enable customers, employees of the company, external collaborators and suppliers to exercise their right of whistleblowing.

This right must be exercised in a disinterested manner and in good faith.

The BKMS® SYSTEMS platform safeguards the confidentiality of the whistleblower, the facts and the persons concerned. The information included is encrypted and stored in a separate, secure environment. This system makes it possible to set out the facts and to communicate with the person in charge of dealing with the warning (via a secured postbox) while protecting the identity of the whistleblower.

Code of conduct

The Bank belongs to the Crédit Agricole Group, which has obtained ISO 37001 certification and attaches particular importance to the fight against fraud and corruption. It adheres to the principles of the Crédit Agricole Group's general code of conduct and specifically the anti-corruption section, which can be consulted here.

It is the Bank's goal that any natural or legal person entering into a relationship with the Bank thus adheres to the same principles, complies with the national and international laws and regulations in force, and has not offered nor will offer an undue financial or other advantage, and that all reasonable measures are in place to prevent any such influence.
