Rules for the competition “ATM Lottery”

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISING COMPANY

Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA, Esplanade de Pont-Rouge 4-6, 1212 Grand-Lancy (hereafter the “Organiser”) is organising a Competition entitled “ATM Lottery” (hereafter the “Competition”). 

The information about the competition is intended exclusively for the Organiser. The personal data collected as part of this competition  is intended for the organising company, which is responsible for processing it for the purposes of the competition.

In accordance with current data protection legislation, you have the right to access, object to and withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data. To do so, please contact the Marketing Department at marketing@ca-nextbank.ch or the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@ca-nextbank.ch

ARTICLE 2 – PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

The Competition is open to all Crédit Agricole next bank customers of legal age from 1 July 2024 to 31 August 2024. The Competition is free and with no obligation to purchase. It does not constitute an offer to conclude services or benefits with the Organiser.   

The following persons are not eligible:

  • Persons domiciled in another country other than Switzerland, France, or Germany. 
  • Persons wo have worked, directly or indirectly, in the organisation or in the running of the Competition; 
  • Employees of the Organiser; 
  • Members of the respective families of the above-mentioned persons. 

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTIPATION AND COMPETITION RULES

To take part in the Competition, you must withdraw cash from one of the two ATMs at the new Crédit Agricole next branch, Esplanade Pont-Rouge 3, 1212 Grand-Lancy. For the entry to be valid, the withdrawal must be made with a Crédit Agricole next bank debit card and the holder of the card will be considered as the participant.

Participation in the game by any of the methods described above is open until 31 August 2024. However, the Organiser reserves the right to extend or shorten the period or to modify the terms and conditions. 

Only one entry will be considered for the draw. 

There is no right to participate in the competition. 

ARTICLE 4 – SELECTION OF THE WINNER

The list of eligible participants will be drawn. The draw will take place a few days after the end of the competition. 

All rights of appeal are excluded.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE

The person selected at random will receive ten (10) times the amount withdrawn, up to a maximum of CHF 100, i.e. a maximum of CHF 1,000 credited to his or her current account.

The prize cannot be exchanged or converted.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY OF PRIZES AND IMAGE RIGHTS

The Organiser will personally notify the Winners of the Competition by telephone and/or email. No other correspondence will be exchanged. Participants authorise all necessary checks on their identity and domicile. Any false details as to identity or address will result in elimination from participation in the Competition.

ARTICLE 7 – MODIFICATIONS; RESERVATIONS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organiser may not be held liable if, for a reason beyond its control or in the event of justified necessity, it is forced to cancel the Competition, to shorten or extend it, or to modify the conditions thereof. 

Any interruption of the Competition, as well as any substantial modification to these rules, will be published on the Organiser’s website only. 

The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize, in whole or in part, with another of equivalent value.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude, disqualify, or cancel the entry or prize of any person who fails to comply, in whole or in part, with these rules, or who jeopardises the smooth running of the Competition without any obligation to justify its decision.

ARTICLE 8 – APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

The Competition is governed exclusively by Swiss Law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the Organiser’s registered office.

The place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
