Rules for the "Save & Win" competition

ARTICLE 1 - ORGANISING COMPANY

Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA, Esplanade de Pont-Rouge 4-6, 1212 Grand-Lancy, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser", is organising a competition entitled "Save & Win" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition").

Information about the Game is intended exclusively for the Organiser. The personal data collected as part of this competition is intended for the Organising Company, which is responsible for processing it for the purposes of the prize draw.

In accordance with current data protection regulations, you have the right to access, object to and withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data. To do so, please contact the marketing department at marketing@ca-nextbank.ch or the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@ca-nextbank.ch.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game is open to Crédit Agricole next bank customers who are natural persons of legal age between 16 September 2024 and 30 November 2024. The Contest is free of charge, with no obligation to purchase, and does not constitute an offer to conclude services or benefits with the Organiser.

The following persons are not eligible:

  • persons domiciled in a country other than Switzerland, France, Germany or Italy;
  • persons who have collaborated, directly or indirectly, in the organisation or running of the Contest;
  • employees of Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA;
  • members of the respective families of the above-mentioned persons.

ARTICLE 3 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND RULES OF THE GAME

Participation in the Game is by means of a payment into one of the Crédit Agricole next bank savings accounts (CA Energy, CA Libre épargne or CA Junior), between 16 September 2024 and 30 November 2024. The holder of the savings account will be deemed to be the participant.

However, the Organiser reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the competition or to change the terms and conditions. Two entries will be taken into account for the draw.

There is no right to participate in the Contest.

ARTICLE 4 - ELECTION OF THE WINNER

A random draw will be made from among the eligible entrants and will take place a few days after the end of the Contest participation period. All appeals are excluded.

ARTICLE 5 - PRIZES

The two people drawn at random will be paid two (2) times the amount paid, up to a maximum of one payment of CHF 250, i.e. a maximum amount of CHF 500 per winner. The sum won will be paid into the winner's current account. The prize may not be exchanged or converted.

ARTICLE 6 - AWARD OF PRIZES AND IMAGE RIGHTS

The winners of the Game will be notified personally by the Organiser by telephone, e-mail (email) and/or post. No other correspondence will be exchanged.

Participants authorise all useful checks concerning their identity and address. Incorrect identity or address details will result in elimination from the competition.

ARTICLE 7 - MODIFICATIONS-RESERVATIONS-LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organiser may not be held liable if, for a reason beyond its control or in the event of justified necessity, it is forced to cancel this Contest, to shorten or extend it or to modify its conditions.

Any interruption of the Contest as well as any substantial modification of these rules will be published on the Organiser's website only. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize, in whole or in part, with another of equivalent value.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude, disqualify or invalidate the entry or prize of any person who does not comply in whole or in part with these rules or who jeopardises the smooth running of the Contest, without having to justify this.

ARTICLE 8 - APPLICABLE LAW

The Contest is governed exclusively by Swiss law.
