Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA, located at Esplanade de Pont-Rouge 4-6, 1212 Grand-Lancy (hereinafter the “Organiser”) is organising a competition entitled “Win your entry to the 3 Countries Race” (hereinafter the “Competition”).
The Organiser may engage the services of third parties to run the Competition.
The Competition is open to any adult. The Competition is free, with no purchase required. It does not constitute an offer to contract services from the Organiser.

Persons selected by the Organiser will receive an invitation email containing a “I am participating” link. All those who click on this link will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
Persons targeted by an advertisement on social media and who complete the form with their personal data will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
The personal data processed by the organising company in its capacity as data controller is used for the organisation and management of the competition.
You may at any time, under the conditions provided for by law, access data concerning you, have it rectified, request its deletion or limit its processing by writing to the data protection officer at the following email address: dpo@ca-nextbank.ch
A total of 90 participants will be drawn at random (hereinafter the “Winners”).
The draw will take place in April 2025.
No appeals are permitted.
The Winners will each receive one bib to participate in the 3 Countries Race taking place on 25 May 2025, between Switzerland (Basel), France (Saint-Louis and Huningue) and Germany (Weil am Rhein) for the race of their choice, including:
The prize cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.
The Winners of the Competition will be notified personally by the Organiser by telephone and/or email. No further correspondence will be entered into. Participants authorise all useful verifications concerning their identity.
The Organiser shall not be held liable if, for reasons beyond its control or in the event of justified necessity, it is forced to cancel this Competition, shorten or extend it, or modify its terms and conditions. Any interruption of the Competition, as well as any substantial modification to these rules, will be published on the Organiser's website only. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize, in whole or in part, with another of equivalent value. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude, disqualify or invalidate the participation or prize of any person who does not comply in whole or in part with these rules or who jeopardises the proper conduct of the Competition, without having to provide justification.
The Competition is subject exclusively to Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the Organiser's registered office (Geneva).
