Terms and conditions of the operation “En route pour Marseille”, which includes 4 x 2 tickets to attend the UEFA Champions League match organised on 21 January 2026 in Marseille (France). Transport and accommodation for attending the match will also be covered.
Crédit Agricole next bank (Switzerland) SA, located at Esplanade de Pont-Rouge 4–6, 1212 Grand-Lancy (hereinafter the “Organiser”), is organising a prize draw entitled “En route pour Marseille” (hereinafter the “Prize Draw”).
Persons holding a debit card and meeting the eligibility criteria at the start of the Prize Draw will be contacted by e-mail and/or SMS to invite them to register for the draw. Reminders may be sent before the end of the Prize Draw. Registration is carried out by clicking on the participation button included in the invitation e-mail. Only one registration is possible. Registrations are possible from the moment the form goes online until 31 December 2025.
There is no obligation to participate in the Prize Draw.
Once the registration period has ended, participants will receive a questionnaire by e-mail from Crédit Agricole next bank after 31 December 2025. To take part in the draw, the cardholder must respond before 5 January 2026 at 23:59, stating their wish to participate personally and confirming their availability to travel to Marseille on 21 January 2026.
Once the draw has taken place, the winners will be contacted by their Crédit Agricole next bank advisor. They must return a completed and signed form with their contact details to Mastercard (c/o K+R GmbH) so that they may be recontacted by the Mastercard promotions office (c/o K+R GmbH) in order to organise the details (tickets, transport, accommodation).
The draw will be carried out randomly on 6 January 2026. The winner will be informed by e-mail and/or telephone call by a member of Crédit Agricole next bank. After acceptance of the prize, the Mastercard promotions office (c/o K+R GmbH, Hauptstrasse 81–85, 65760 Eschborn, Germany) will take over and agree all details relating to the prize with the winner. If the winner has not accepted the prize within 2 days from the date of the draw, the right to the prize is forfeited and a new winner may be drawn.
All legal recourse is excluded.
The 4 selected persons will each receive two (2) tickets to attend the Marseille vs Liverpool match on 21 January 2026. The prize also includes 1 night in a high-end hotel near the match venue (including breakfast), return transport from the winners’ place of residence to Marseille, as well as CHF 500 in spending money transferred to the beneficiary’s account in connection with the event.
Content shared by the winners with the Organiser may be used by the Organiser on its media channels to promote the partnership.
Any taxes, duties, or fees arising from the prize are the responsibility of the respective winner. Services exceeding the scope of the prize are at the winner’s expense. Cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw. The resale or auction of all or part of the prize is prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to withhold the prize or part of it in the event of a breach.
For this “En route pour Marseille” prize draw, the following data are collected and processed by Crédit Agricole next bank: first name, surname, e-mail, and mobile phone number.
The personal data of the winner and the accompanying person will be transferred to the Mastercard promotions office c/o K+R GmbH, Hauptstrasse 81–85, DE-65760 Eschborn, Germany, for the execution of the prize, and, in the case of travel-related prizes, to the travel agency Eschborn, Hauptstrasse 70, DE-65760 Eschborn, Germany, for the execution of the trip. This data will be processed exclusively for the organisation and implementation of the prize. Personal data are stored securely and kept only for the duration of the promotion or the execution of the prize.

Liability of Mastercard or K+R GmbH for the organisation and fulfilment of the prize is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mastercard and K+R GmbH assume no responsibility for the execution of the Prize Draw.

In the event of cancellation of the match or any other unforeseen circumstance preventing the cardholder from travelling, the prize cannot be exchanged or refunded.
