Everything you need to know about eBill
When you receive a new invoice, the notifications counter will be updated, indicating that you have a new invoice to pay. This indicator is available at the top of the page next to the eBill logo in your e-banking service or next to the “Payments” tab in the mobile app. You can also ask to receive an email notification when a new invoice comes in. This option is available in your personal settings on the eBill site.
Please contact your account manager, who will cancel your payment. Your invoice will be available again in your eBill space and you can confirm it with new settings.
You can see the amount in the “Paid” tab of the “Bills” page on the eBill site, immediately after authorising an invoice.
Yes. First, you must cancel your subscription to the eBill service with your invoice issuers on the eBill site. You can then disable the eBill feature in “Preferences”. If you want to completely cancel your subscription to eBill, please contact your account manager.
