What is eBill?

Switzerland’s leading online bill payment service, eBill makes your routine transactions easier.

Pay your insurance, ISP or credit card invoice. With eBill, you no longer receive your bills by post or email, but in electronic format, directly in your e-banking account.

How do I add an invoice issuer?

Log in to your e-banking account

The eBill service is only available from your e-banking account or mobile app. So start by logging in to your secure online space.

Activate the eBill service

Click on the blue eBill badge in the top menu or on “Payment order” in the main menu then “eBill”.
Complete by clicking on the “Activate eBill” button.

Create an eBill account

The eBill platform is integrated into your e-banking service. Enter your email address in the field provided and click on “Send”.

Check your eBill account

Open your email inbox, check the authentication code you’ve just received and enter it in the field provided in your e-banking space.

Add an invoice issuer

Now that your eBill account is activated, you can add invoice issuers to the available list.

Enter invoice information

Select an issuer and enter the required information to identify your contract. Click on “Confirm” and wait until the issuer validates your request.

Pay your invoices

Next, you’ll receive invoices from the issuer directly in your e-banking account or mobile app via eBill. Now you can pay your invoices in just one click.

Log in to the CA next bank app

The eBill service is only available from your e-banking account or mobile app. So start by opening your mobile app and log in.

Activate the eBill service

Click on “Payments” in the bottom navigation bar then on “eBill”. Complete by clicking on the “Activate eBill” button at the bottom of the screen.

Create an eBill account

The eBill platform is integrated into your mobile app. Enter your email address in the field provided and click on “Save”.

Check your eBill account

Open your email inbox, check the activation code you’ve just received and enter it in the field provided on your mobile app.

Add an invoice issuer

Now that your eBill account is activated, you can add invoice issuers to the available list.
