A collaborative approach that strengthens connections
Believing that engagement grows from participation, all employees were invited in September 2025 to submit project proposals. Following a presentation and deliberation phase, the CSR Steering Committee, in collaboration with the Compliance department, selected ten projects from the twenty submissions received.
Beyond financial support, this initiative embodies a deeper purpose: actively involving employees in meaningful projects and sharing values of solidarity and mutual aid. It has also fostered stronger bonds among colleagues, creating a collective momentum around causes that matter to the Bank and its teams.
Supporting those building a better future
This initiative aligns with a long-term and engaged vision, focusing on three main areas:
- Protecting and restoring the environment
- Supporting individuals in difficulty or in need
- Strengthening ties between Switzerland and Europe
The Steering Committee prioritizes local organizations with strong community roots, human-scale operations, and active presence in Switzerland and neighboring France, with headquarters in Switzerland.
Turning values into action
This program is more than a financial contribution—it transforms values into tangible actions, encourages solidarity within our ecosystem, and mobilizes attention around pressing societal challenges.
