New mobile? The key steps to continue accessing your e-banking with ease

Have you changed mobile phone? To continue accessing your e-banking using SecureAccess CA next bank, you need to keep your old phone to transition over to the new one, and to use the coloured mosaic you receive by post. We're here to help you make the switch.

Easy installation thanks to your old mobile

You're no doubt impatient to get started with your new mobile - we totally understand! But it would be a shame to rush it, and find yourself without access to your e-banking. To avoid this, take a few minutes to do the switch-over using your old device.

How do you set up the SecureAccess CA next bank app on your new mobile phone?

To enable SecureAccess CA next bank on your new mobile phone, you will need the coloured mosaic provided in the letter you received, entitled "Coloured mosaic to scan". For security reasons, this mosaic is only valid for 2 months. After these 2 months, you will need to order a new coloured mosaic online, which will then be sent to you by post.

To continue being able to access your e-banking and to set up the SecureAccess CA next bank app on your new mobile phone, there are 2 solutions:

1. The coloured mosaic in your "Coloured mosaic to scan" letter is no longer valid (received over 2 months ago):

In this case, you will need to order a new "Coloured mosaic to scan" letter to then be able to pair your new mobile.

Important

The moment you request a new “Coloured mosaic to scan” letter, the SecureAccess CA next bank app on your old mobile will be deactivated and your e-banking access will be temporarily unavailable.

To receive your new “Coloured mosaic to scan” letter by post, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your e-banking platform from a computer.
  2. In the next step, click on "I no longer have a working SecureAccess device", then on "Order a new coloured mosaic".
  3. You will receive a secure one-time code by text message on your mobile number, which you can then enter on your computer in the field provided. Your letter has now been ordered.
  4. Once you have received your new coloured mosaic by post, simply follow our step-by-step tutorial to pair your new mobile.

2. The printed mosaic in your "Coloured mosaic to scan" letter is still valid (received less than 2 months ago).

  1. In this case, log in to your e-banking platform from a computer using your user ID and password.
  2. In the next step, tick the "Activate another device" box at the bottom of your computer screen.
  3. Using your old phone and the SecureAccess CA next bank app, scan the coloured mosaic that appears on your computer screen.
  4. Lastly, follow the on-screen instructions with your new phone to complete the pairing.
