No conditions apply

If built before 1 January 2016:
Presentation of a Minergie certificate issued after 1 January 2017 or a CECB class A or B certificate that is less than 10 years old

Home improvements worth up to CHF 200,000 for your main or secondary residence, rental or investment property.

Only available in Switzerland.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If built after 1 January 2016 or with a Minergie certificate issued after 1 January 2017 or a CECB class A or B certificate less than 10 years old:
No conditions apply

If built before 1 January 2016 and without energy certification:
Home improvements must aim to bring the building up to energy standards in order to obtain a Minergie or CECB class A or B2 certificate.
